Dubai is Investing $5 Billion in a Moon-Shaped Mega-Resort

With enough money, you can do almost anything in Dubai-and now you can add another person to the list-walk on the moon, or at least book a deluxe room there. Matthews and Michael R. Henderson in a press release.
