Guccio’s wife and children were all employed in the shop. Aldo, Guccio’s son, became actively involved in the family business after starting work there in 1925. In 1938, he persuaded his father to expand by opening a new shop in Rome and introducing additional Gucci accessories (gloves, belts, wallets, and keychains).
