Catherine Spindler’s mission will be to continue the premiumization of the iconic French brand at the crossroads of fashion and sport and to strengthen its distinctiveness and the consistency of its expression in all its markets and distribution channels. She will also work to improve the go-to-market strategy, in order to be as close as possible to customer expectations, within an organization that will give more autonomy to the different regions in which Lacoste operates around the world.

Catherine Spindler (EDHEC) began her career at LVMH, within the Guerlain House. In 2001, she joined the Rocher Group where she held various Communication and Marketing positions. There, she managed the expansion of the Yves Rocher brand in the Asian market. In 2008, she continued her development within the Rocher Group and became Vice-President and member of the Executive Committee of the Dr Pierre Ricaud brand. In 2014, she joined the Veepee Group as Chief Marketing Officer before being appointed France Managing Director and Vice-President Group Customer Experience. In 2019, she joined the executive committee of Lacoste, where she became Chief Brand Office
