Effie Asia Pacific has appointed Kainaz Gazder, Procter & Gamble Asia Pacific SVP and Head of Marketing, Middle East and Africa, as the Awards Director for the APAC Effie Awards’ 10th Anniversary.
With over 25 years in the FMCG industry, Kainaz has achieved success in building brands, growing revenue, launching new categories, and developing next generation leaders.
Since joining P&G India in 1996, she has held leadership positions across multiple P&G brands and geographies at country, regional, and global levels and has been recognized for numerous business development initiatives and award-winning brand campaigns.
As Marketing Director for P&G Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa, he is responsible for marketing and advertising strategies, media innovation, and communications that drive brand building for P&G’s portfolio of trusted brands. He also leads the P&G Babycare business in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.
