Sara Bland will join PVH Corp as Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer on October 31, 2022.
She will join the PVH Management Team (ELT) and report to CEO Stefan Larsson, according to the company.
Commenting on Bland’s appointment, Larsson said in a statement: “Sara brings a rare combination of global strategy and cutting-edge work. With the recent launch of our multi-year PVH plan, Sara will play an important role, working with me and ELT to advance our strategy for Calvin Klein and Tommy To unleash Hilfiger’s full potential and ensure sustainable growth in the long term.”
The company added that Bland will join PVH from Kontoor Brands, Inc.’s where she served as Head of Global Strategy, responsible for the growth and corporate strategy, consumer insights, innovation platforms, and major transformation projects. She was an integral member of the management team.

Prior to that, She worked for more than a decade at global consumer organizations including GlaxoSmithKline and PepsiCo, transitioning from strategy and marketing to corporate leadership.
Bland began her career at Procter & Gamble Canada in sales and marketing roles before joining Booz Allen Hamilton as a consultant focusing on consumer and retail strategy and operations. She received his MBA degree from Harvard Business School.
